With more than 15 years experience in sales positions and 11 years as a freelance trainer and consultant, Maria is our sales professional and expert in team development and motivation.
Furthermore, leadership coaching and mediation are part of her personal strengths. Paired with a broad range of skills, her particular expertise is to empower sales teams to act autonomously (again), to achieve sales targets and to establish high prices in competitive markets.
On this occasion she supports our customers as a knowledgeable and experienced expert in projects of all sizes.
Before Maria took the entrepreneurial path in the consulting business in 2007, she was responsible for managing ORKLA MEDIA SALES, where she gained valuable experience in the Internet industry.
Her career began in sales of the Berlin radio industry and evolved very successfully there, so that she quickly took on managerial duties in responsible positions up to the management.
